5.INSURANCE
We recommend that customers ensure their loads, so they can receive payment in case of damage or loss.
The insurance offered only helps to offset the shipping cost if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged. The package cost only includes transportation and customs. In case the value of your package is higher, you can get an additional insurance that would cover you against potential losses or damages.
If the risk of package loss during transit is small, damages occur more often. In case your item is broken for example, the insurance company we work with will compensate you in accordance with the percentage of insurance you selected.

Once cancelled, the customer’s loads shall be picked up within the week of the cancelation. Over a week, a storage fee is charged based on the time the loads last and the surface occupied from $25 to $250 per day. If the cancellation involves a car, it must be picked up at the latest, two business days after the cancelation date. Otherwise, a $100 fee per day will be charged to the customer as a storage fee.
